Ratefy वापरताना, user या Terms & Conditions ला सहमती देतो.
2️⃣ Nature of Service
- Ratefy products विकत नाही
- आम्ही फक्त prices compare करून दाखवतो
- अंतिम खरेदी संबंधित seller च्या website वर होते
3️⃣ Accuracy of Information
- Prices व offers बदलू शकतात
- Final price seller website वर verify करणे user ची जबाबदारी आहे
4️⃣ Affiliate Relationship
Ratefy affiliate links वापरते.
User खरेदी केल्यास आम्हाला commission मिळू शकते,
यामुळे user ला extra charge लागत नाही.
5️⃣ Sponsored Content
काही listings sponsored असू शकतात.
अशा listings वर “Sponsored” tag दाखवला जाईल.
6️⃣ Limitation of Liability
Ratefy खालील बाबतीत जबाबदार राहणार नाही:
- Price mismatch
- Seller disputes
- Product quality / delivery issues
7️⃣ User Conduct
User ने:
- चुकीची माहिती देऊ नये
- Website misuse करू नये
- Automation / scraping करू नये
8️⃣ Termination
Rules violate केल्यास Ratefy user access terminate करू शकते.
9️⃣ Governing Law
हे Terms Indian Law नुसार लागू राहतील.
