Cancellation Policy

  • Customers may request cancellation of a service/order before the service has been initiated or processed.

  • Once a service has been started, completed, or delivered, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds may be considered only in cases where:

    • Payment was deducted but service was not delivered.

    • Duplicate payment was made due to technical issues.

    • Service could not be provided due to our fault.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Incorrect information provided by the customer.

  • Delay caused due to third-party services beyond our control.

  • Services already delivered or completed.
