Cancellation Policy
Customers may request cancellation of a service/order before the service has been initiated or processed.
Once a service has been started, completed, or delivered, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Refund Policy
Refunds may be considered only in cases where:
Payment was deducted but service was not delivered.
Duplicate payment was made due to technical issues.
Service could not be provided due to our fault.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Cases

Delay caused due to third-party services beyond our control.
